Just because it’s winter, doesn’t mean a bride can’t be daring. Gold, ivory, and green tones make for a festive celebration with alluring details. The shoot, captured by Irina Savon Photography, captures the bride and groom in an outdoor gazebo and beside cream colored walls and an iron gated hearth.
The bride’s slim A-Line gown at first glance is traditional, with a pearl beaded natural waist, sweep train, and simple chiffon skirt. But details make a dress, and especially in this case: long sleeves are embroidered with sheer lace and pearled cuffs. Illusion lace along the neckline reveals a sweetheart cut, and an hourglass cut out back.
Golden candlelight, a three tiered cake covered in golden fondant, and pearled white chocolate strawberries add to a classic luxury-meets-contemporary feel, while shots of the bride and groom in the gazebo, beside green ivory, adds a touch of organic romance. The groom’s fitted navy blue suit adds an unexpected touch, as do pale blue macaroons, navy napkins, and gold utensils with scrolled detail.
